Why I train
I have been a dog trainer and a dog lover for as long as I can remember.
I have four personal dogs, two of which are being certified in scent detection. My family and my husband mean everything to me — they are the reason I do this work. I became a trainer to unify my family pack, to learn the skills I needed to enrich my own high-energy dogs, and to bring families together through training, education, and enrichment.
At Buck's I run our reactivity and behavior-modification floor. Every 3-week and 4-week behavior-mod case in the facility crosses my desk, and I personally run a large share of the go-home lessons that transfer the work back to the owners.
I am also an approved AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, which means we can run the official CGC test on-site at our Mullica Hill HQ as part of any program where it fits. No outside scheduling, no third-party evaluator.

Reactivity + behavior-modification floor
Every 3-week and 4-week behavior-mod case runs through Felicia. Leash reactivity, dog-on-dog, window-going-off, anxiety — this is her primary work.
AKC CGC Evaluator
On-staff AKC CGC Evaluator. We run the official 10-item test on-site at HQ. No third-party scheduling required for CGC certification.
Family-integration coaching
The hand-off lesson is where the program lives or dies. Felicia personally runs most of our go-home lessons and follow-up refreshers because the handler half of the team is half the work.
